CareGivers Ireland CLG is a social enterprise, not for profit company. It is governed by a Voluntary Board of Directors who do not receive any remuneration for their role and responsibilities. Our annual audited accounts are published and provided to the Charity Regulatory Authority, filed with the Companies Registration Office, and provided to the Health Service Executive.

- Our finances are raised through fee for service for HSE contracts, Meals on wheels and Private clients.

The Board of Directors at CareGivers Ireland have made great advances in the governance of the organisation – building capacity for growth and development in line with our mission, vision and values; achieving compliance with the Charity Regulatory Authority standards of best practice and other corporate obligations; developing an ambitious strategic plan; the stewardship of resources and innovation within the care sector.
We are now recruiting new Board members/trustees with the following professional experience:
- Financial management or accountancy
- Human Resources
- Business development/marketing
- Clinical governance
